Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the complete inside sales cycle from lead qualification to closure.

* Conduct consultative selling of Cloud PBX, SIP Trunking, WhatsApp API, Contact Center, and related communication solutions.

* Handle inbound leads and generate business through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, and email campaigns.

* Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.

* Maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline management.

* Mentor junior sales executives and support sales performance tracking where applicable.

Key Requirements:

* 5–10 years of B2B Inside Sales experience in Telecom, SaaS, or IT-related industries.

* Strong ability to explain technical concepts such as VoIP, SIP, APIs, and integrations.

* Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

* Experience selling to the Indian SME segment and familiarity with platforms such as Twilio, RingCentral, Exotel, or similar solutions will be preferred.
