Role Overview
We are seeking 3–4 strong, detail-oriented General Administrators to support both sales and technical workflows within a fast-paced business environment. These individuals will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, accurate data management, and smooth coordination between departments.
The ideal candidates must be proactive, organised, process-driven, and comfortable working across multiple systems.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Workflow Support:
- Capturing and updating client information on CRM systems
- Preparing quotations and sales documentation
- Processing orders and tracking sales progress
- Following up on outstanding documentation
- Assisting with pipeline management and reporting
Technical Workflow Support:
- Logging and tracking job cards / service requests
- Coordinating technical teams and scheduling
- Maintaining accurate job documentation
- Updating workflow systems
- General administrative support to technical department
General Administration:
- Data capturing and data integrity management
- Filing and document control
- Email correspondence
- Reporting and spreadsheet management
- Assisting management with ad-hoc tasks
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Min 5 years experience in an administrative role
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel essential)
- Experience working with CRM or workflow systems advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
