Role Overview

We are seeking 3–4 strong, detail-oriented General Administrators to support both sales and technical workflows within a fast-paced business environment. These individuals will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, accurate data management, and smooth coordination between departments.

The ideal candidates must be proactive, organised, process-driven, and comfortable working across multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Workflow Support:

  • Capturing and updating client information on CRM systems
  • Preparing quotations and sales documentation
  • Processing orders and tracking sales progress
  • Following up on outstanding documentation
  • Assisting with pipeline management and reporting

Technical Workflow Support:

  • Logging and tracking job cards / service requests
  • Coordinating technical teams and scheduling
  • Maintaining accurate job documentation
  • Updating workflow systems
  • General administrative support to technical department

General Administration:

  • Data capturing and data integrity management
  • Filing and document control
  • Email correspondence
  • Reporting and spreadsheet management
  • Assisting management with ad-hoc tasks

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Min 5 years experience in an administrative role
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel essential)
  • Experience working with CRM or workflow systems advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
