Contract Details:

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach potential customers to promote and sell vehicles

- Understand and demonstrate the features and benefits of various vehicle models

- Conduct test drives and provide customers with a positive buying experience

- Negotiate and close sales deals in a professional and ethical manner

- Maintain and build relationships with new and existing customers

- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the dealership

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new models, and competitor offerings

- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and a smooth sales process

- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in vehicle sales, preferably in a dealership setting

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation and closing skills

- Knowledge of the automotive industry and current market trends

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and driven to succeed

- Strong customer service orientation
