Job Requirements

  • Previous Sales Management experience is essential
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in new / used  vehicle sales, preferably in the premium segment.
  • Must be able to manage sales team
  • Relevant qualification in sales, marketing, or business administration.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and own transport.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans for the premium vehicle segment.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Manage the sales budget, forecast, and report on sales activities and results.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
