Job Requirements
- Previous Sales Management experience is essential
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in new / used vehicle sales, preferably in the premium segment.
- Must be able to manage sales team
- Relevant qualification in sales, marketing, or business administration.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and own transport.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans for the premium vehicle segment.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Manage the sales budget, forecast, and report on sales activities and results.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
