FF&E Designer

Responsible for selecting and specifying furniture, decorations, light fittings, fabrics, and carpets in line with the overall interior design concept.

The role requires experience in styling, managing project budgets and timelines, and overseeing the FF&E procurement process.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Develop and communicate FF&E design direction for projects.

- Source and specify FF&E from concept to completion.

- Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and budget-friendly deliveries.

- Oversee FF&E installations during project fit-outs.

- Manage fabric specifications and all finishes related to FF&E.

- Ensure furniture items are loaded and delivered correctly.

- Handle procurement and order placements.

- Build and maintain supplier relationships.

- Create specification sheets for multiple projects, including hotels, lodges, restaurants, and residential spaces.

- Stay updated on industry trends affecting FF&E design.

- Assist with styling and photography setup for project presentations.

Relevant Skills:- Strong design sensibility, particularly in restaurant and hospitality design.

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements:- 5+ years experience in FF&E design and procurement.
