Electrical Engineer (Construction / Property)

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer for our clients Properties. The position is based in New Germany; Pinetown; Durban.

• Oversee Transformer Servicing
• Oversee Switchgear Servicing
• Responsible for the upkeep of Substations and LV rooms
• Monitoring of the incomer supply to the consumer
• Drafting and maintaining of infrastructure cable routes and confirming cable amperage
• Maintenance and service of the DB panels
• Infrared scanning, and reporting
• Advise around future planning and installation to maintain the infrastructures integrity and efficiency

• The incoming supply capacity is 30 MVA
• 33 x Transformers onsite
• 5 x Substations/ LV rooms
