Junior Assistant Debtors

Our client based in the Markman Industrial area is seeking to employ a Debtors Assistant for their Port Elizabeth branch 

Requirements:

1. Minimum of a Grade 12
2. Pastel Experience Essential 
3. Transport industry experience is a MUST 
4. Working hours Monday to Friday , 07h30 to 16h30 

Duties include but not limited to 

1. Assisting with all debtors duties 
2. Office administration such as filing and scanning of documents 
3. POD matching 
4. Invoicing on Pastel 
5. Well spoken in English and Afrikaans coupled with good telephone etiquette
6. Above average numerously
7. Attention to detail and able to meet deadlines
