Key Responsibilities:

As an internal sales administrator you will be responsible for overseeing both office sales and warehouse operations.

Office & Telesales

  • Process orders, stock enquiries and maintain high service standards by managing incoming communications
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Manage administrative workflows and coordinate with external couriers

Skills & Qualifications

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and staff
  • Technical Proficiency: Pastel Partner , Microsoft Excel, and inventory control software, as well as experience with telesales systems
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise time efficiently and maintain a high level of organisation
  • Problem Solving: Capability to proactively identify and resolve operational issues in both the office and warehouse
  • Customer Service: A strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries effectively
