L1-L2 Technician
Job Description:
Looking for L1 - L2 technician for our client based in Dubai
Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including but not limited to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and network devices.
- Assist with user account management, including creating, modifying, and disabling user accounts.
- Respond to and resolve support tickets within established SLAs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions to recurring technical problems.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support personnel when necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all support activities, including troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and user information.
- Participate in the development and delivery of user training sessions and workshops.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or degrees are a plus.
- Proven experience as an L1 - L2 Technician or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Mac OS.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing technology and work in a fast-paced environment.
