Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Estimator with solid UAE experience in landscaping projects. The ideal candidate must have hands-on knowledge of plants, materials, softscape & hardscape elements, and the ability to prepare accurate cost estimates for residential and commercial landscaping works.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and quotations for landscaping projects

• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and site conditions

• Estimate costs for plants, materials, irrigation systems, manpower, and equipment

• Coordinate with suppliers for updated pricing and material availability

• Work closely with the design, procurement, and project teams to finalize budgets

• Assist in preparing technical submissions and tender documents

• Ensure estimates are aligned with market prices and project requirements

Candidate Requirements

• 2-3 years of UAE experience as an Estimator in landscaping

• MUST have strong knowledge of plants, soil types, softscape, and hardscape materials

• Good understanding of local market pricing and landscaping standards

• Strong analytical and numerical skills

• Proficient in MS Excel and estimation tools

• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
