The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies to drive growth, increase brand awareness, and enhance consumer loyalty for our FMCG products. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the direction of our brands in a competitive market.
Location: Jeddah - Head Office Industrial area phase 5
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to meet company objectives and targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, preferences, and opportunities for brand expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and marketing to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
- Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns and promotional activities to support brand initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, including sales data, market share, and consumer feedback, to evaluate the effectiveness of brand strategies.
- Manage brand budgets and resources effectively to optimize ROI and achieve financial targets.
- Maintain brand integrity and consistency across all marketing channels and communication touchpoints.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging market opportunities to inform brand strategies and decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Assistant Brand Manager in the FMCG industry, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, brand management, and market research.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media, online advertising, and content creation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively, strategically, and analytically.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
