The Assistant Brand Manager will play a crucial role in developing and implementing brand strategies to drive growth, increase brand awareness, and enhance consumer loyalty for our FMCG products. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the direction of our brands in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Brand Strategies: Assist in the development and execution of effective brand strategies to meet company objectives.
- Market Research: Participate in market research and analysis to understand consumer trends and identify opportunities for brand growth.
- Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with product development, sales, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and strategy alignment.
- Marketing Campaigns: Help coordinate and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities to bolster brand initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring: Assist in monitoring brand performance through various metrics to help evaluate the impact of brand strategies.
- Resource Management: Help manage the brand budget, ensuring efficient resource utilization and optimal return on investment.
- Brand Consistency: Contribute to maintaining brand integrity across all marketing channels and communication efforts.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated with industry trends and competitive activities to support informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing or brand management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Knowledgeable: Understanding of marketing principles and brand management basics.
- Digital Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media platforms and online advertising.
- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical Ability: Capable of analytical thinking and problem-solving.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of the English language; multilingualism is a plus.
- Must be a Saudi National.
