Store Manager

Our client, a prominent luxury fashion entity within a larger fashion conglomerate that includes several subsidiaries, is currently seeking a Saudi Store Manager to oversee one of their most sought-after brands in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. These subsidiaries cover a range of operations from high street fashion to outlet businesses and retail management in the GCC for a major international brand.

Established in the early 1980s by a leading business family, the company initially introduced international fashion trends to the region and has since become a leader in the luxury fashion market. With exclusive rights to over 60 high-end international labels, the company has expanded significantly both locally and internationally.

Today, the company operates multiple retail formats and is recognized for its substantial global workforce, known for expert customer service and deep knowledge of fashion trends."

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, customer service, and inventory management.
• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic and increase sales, including merchandising, promotional events, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory management, cash handling, and store cleanliness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, promoting brand loyalty and driving repeat business.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements:

• Saudi nationality.
• Previous experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.
• Passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends.
