Location: Jeddah - Head Office Industrial area phase 5
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct health, safety, and environmental audits across the organization, producing detailed compliance reports.
- Drive changes to auditing methodologies and systems based on firsthand experiences and challenges.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth execution of auditing functions.
- Lead qualification of sites to latest HSE standards such as ISO 45001 and 18001.
- Propose and implement changes in policies, procedures, and work practices to maintain compliance with legal requirements.
- Spearhead Safety Risk Assessment and Environmental Impact Assessment efforts.
- Minimize environmental footprint in areas such as waste management and emissions.
- Oversee the Zero Waste to Landfill Program with site-specific initiatives.
- Drive digitalization of the HSE team through app development and AI solutions.
- Act as site coach for Behavioral Based Safety (BBS) programs.
- Develop and execute programs for Pandemic Preparedness.
- Aid in the development of emergency response teams and safety committees.
- Conduct trend analyses and disseminate findings from incidents and compliance audits.
- Identify training needs and assist in the delivery of training programs.
- Ensure integrity of critical HSE-related data and records.
Desired Qualifications and Attributes:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field.
- Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HSE management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of conducting audits and implementing HSE initiatives.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
