Location: Jeddah - Head Office Industrial area phase 5

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct health, safety, and environmental audits across the organization, producing detailed compliance reports.
  • Drive changes to auditing methodologies and systems based on firsthand experiences and challenges.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth execution of auditing functions.
  • Lead qualification of sites to latest HSE standards such as ISO 45001 and 18001.
  • Propose and implement changes in policies, procedures, and work practices to maintain compliance with legal requirements.
  • Spearhead Safety Risk Assessment and Environmental Impact Assessment efforts.
  • Minimize environmental footprint in areas such as waste management and emissions.
  • Oversee the Zero Waste to Landfill Program with site-specific initiatives.
  • Drive digitalization of the HSE team through app development and AI solutions.
  • Act as site coach for Behavioral Based Safety (BBS) programs.
  • Develop and execute programs for Pandemic Preparedness.
  • Aid in the development of emergency response teams and safety committees.
  • Conduct trend analyses and disseminate findings from incidents and compliance audits.
  • Identify training needs and assist in the delivery of training programs.
  • Ensure integrity of critical HSE-related data and records.

Desired Qualifications and Attributes:

  •  Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HSE management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of conducting audits and implementing HSE initiatives.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
