Main Goals:

  • Training, coordination fo work and management of a group of account managers (cmmunication takes place in english and bahasa Indonesia)
  • Builiding business processes, training, and team development
  • Preparation fo reports presentations ,and commercial offers for clients Calculation of media plans/
  • Assistance in marketing research
  • Work with analytics platform and MMps

Our Ideal candidate:

  • Have 3-4 years of experience handli8g a customer success team or being involved in an advertising agency, especially in the CS field;
  • Experiences i managing a team for a minimum 1 year;
  • Loves to build communication and empower people;
  • An open minded and supportive team player;
  • Wants and ready to quickly learn new things;
  • Understand social media analytics and reads the trend;
  • Desire to grow in the digital sphere.
