Responsibilities:
- Caraft and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with your business objectives boosts brand awareness and drives customer acquistior and retention.
- Lead mentor and scale high performing marketing team fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity and ongoing inrpovement .
- Manage all marketing channels including digital marketing social media , email. influencer , content, PR and events , ensuring a unified and consistent brand meddage .
- Collaborate with cross funtional teams to create and execute new product growth.
- Establish and monitor key performance metrics, leveraging data driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and inform future strategies.
- Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring resources are alocated effectively and generating a robust ROI.\Cultivate and maintain relationships with key indutr partners , influencers, and media to amplify our brand's reach and reputation.
- Remain current on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing tecknologies to maintain a competitve edge and drive continuous Growth.

- Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to deliver results, with experience managing a significant and a strong ambition to scale it further. The candidate should be consistently "on" and not limited to a traditional 9-5 work schedule.
- Hands-on Approach: Skilled in both strategizing and executing, with a willingness to actively participate in projects, coaching team members, and ensuring goals are met.
- Customer Acquisition & Retention Expertise:
Proven experience in developing and implementing successful customer acquisition and retention strategies, with a focus on driving revenue growth.
Strong Cross-functional collaboration:
Experience working closely with cross functional teams to create and execute product launches, promotional campaigns, and sales initiatives.
Data-driven Decision Making: Proficient in establishing and monitoring key performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and inform future strategies.
