About the Role

We are partnering with a product-driven technology company that is focused on scaling its product organization and strengthening execution across a growing portfolio of offerings.

The Vice President of Product will lead product strategy, roadmap execution, and team development across the product organization. This leader will work closely with Engineering, Design, and executive leadership to ensure products are built with clarity, focus, and customer impact.

This role is ideal for a senior product leader who has operated at scale and understands how to balance vision with execution.

What Youll Be Responsible For

• Own product strategy and roadmap across multiple initiatives

• Lead and develop senior product managers and product leaders

• Partner closely with Engineering and Design to drive execution

• Ensure strong discovery, prioritization, and delivery practices

• Translate customer, market, and business insights into product decisions

• Establish product operating rhythms, metrics, and accountability

• Communicate product progress and tradeoffs to executive leadership

What Were Looking For

• Prior experience as a VP Product, Head of Product, or senior product leader

• Strong product management background within technology companies

• Proven ability to lead and scale product teams

• Experience operating in growth-stage or complex environments

• Strong strategic thinking paired with executional discipline

• Clear communicator who can align stakeholders
