About the Role

The Chief Technology Officer will serve as a core member of the executive leadership team, responsible for technical strategy, execution, and leadership across engineering and infrastructure.

This role is ideal for a senior technology leader who has scaled teams, made long-term architectural decisions, and partnered closely with founders and product leadership.

What Youll Be Responsible For

• Define and own the companys long-term technical vision and architecture

• Lead and scale engineering teams across multiple disciplines

• Partner closely with the CEO and Product leadership on roadmap and execution

• Ensure reliability, security, and scalability across systems and platforms

• Build strong engineering culture, hiring standards, and leadership development

• Guide build vs. buy decisions and technical prioritization

• Represent technical strategy with investors and board members as needed

What Were Looking For

• Prior experience as a CTO, VP Engineering, or equivalent senior technical leader

• Strong background in modern software architecture and scalable systems

• Proven ability to lead senior engineers and engineering managers

• Experience partnering with product and business leadership

• Clear communicator who can translate technical decisions into business outcomes

• Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
