About the Role

We are partnering with a product-focused technology company that is scaling its product organization and sharpening execution across its core offerings.

The Head of Product will be responsible for product strategy, roadmap execution, and team leadership across the product organization. This leader will work closely with Engineering, Design, and executive leadership to ensure products are built with clarity, focus, and customer impact.

This role is ideal for a senior product leader who has operated at scale and enjoys being close to both strategy and execution.

What Youll Be Responsible For

• Own product strategy and roadmap across key initiatives

• Lead and develop product managers and product leaders

• Partner closely with Engineering and Design on execution

• Ensure strong discovery, prioritization, and delivery practices

• Translate customer, market, and business insights into product decisions

• Establish product metrics, operating rhythms, and accountability

• Communicate product progress and priorities to leadership

What Were Looking For

• Prior experience as a Head of Product, Director of Product, or senior product leader

• Strong product management background within technology companies

• Proven ability to lead and scale product teams

• Experience operating in growth-stage or fast-moving environments

• Strong strategic thinking paired with execution discipline

• Clear communicator who can align cross-functional stakeholders
