About the Role

We are partnering with a growing technology company that is focused on strengthening engineering leadership and execution as the organization scales.

The Director of Engineering will be responsible for leading multiple engineering teams, driving delivery, and ensuring strong technical and operational standards. This leader will work closely with Product and senior leadership to translate strategy into execution.

This role is ideal for an experienced engineering leader who enjoys being close to teams while operating with a broader organizational view.

What Youll Be Responsible For

• Lead and manage multiple engineering teams and managers

• Drive delivery, quality, and operational excellence across engineering

• Partner closely with Product on planning, prioritization, and execution

• Establish clear processes, metrics, and accountability

• Coach and develop engineering managers and senior engineers

• Identify and resolve technical and organizational challenges

• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership

What Were Looking For

• Prior experience as a Director of Engineering or senior engineering manager

• Strong technical background with people leadership experience

• Proven ability to lead teams in growth-stage environments

• Experience partnering closely with Product leadership

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Hands-on, execution-oriented leadership style
