We are excited to partner with our client, a popcorn and chocolate company that has delighted customer during the holiday season for over 100 years! They are located in Chicago, IL and are looking to fill seasonal position administrative assistant supporting their sales team. You will be assisting the sales team via phone and email.

We are looking for someone who loves to stay organized and assist in the sales process to make it as seamless as possible for our customer.

Job Description: Sales Admin Assistant

Under the direction of the Sales Manager, this position will represent the company in a positive and professional manner; provide direct support to the sales team. This is a 100% remote position. You must have highspeed internet access.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To The Following

  • Process sales related administrative tasks
  • Process orders and payments
  • Work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be organized and detail oriented
  • Participate in sales meetings and take responsibility for sales improvement initiatives and other assigned action items.
  • Provide sales administration support.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Skill Requirements

  • Strong verbal/written communication
  • Solid organizational skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Candidates must be Computer/keyboard proficient
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Outlook), Excel, Google Docs, PDFs, etc.
  • Flexible hours, including extra hours as needed

Minimum Education And/or Experience Requirements

Minimum of 1-year administrative experience required. Bachelors degree, or equivalent, from an accredited college is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required.
