Were looking for a passionate Product Manager to join our Product Team to help us achieve our vision of procurement that changes the world of business operations in positive and meaningful ways. Arkestro is at an exciting stage of growth. This role will help build out product management for all things data and report to the Director of Product Management. The right candidate will have the opportunity to work with innovative customers and fantastic internal engineering, data science, and customer success teams to transform enterprise procurement. Given the early stage of Arkestro, and with our powerful teams and tools, this role has the ability to quickly drive meaningful impact for our customers and our business.
Tools and Technologies We Use
- Project management and collaboration: Pivotal Tracker, Slack, Productboard, Miro, Asana
- Application stack: React, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL
- Workflow and Analytics: Intercom, Amplitude, Fullstory, Segment, AskNicely, Hubspot, Salesforce
- Data science and visualization: Dataiku, Verb, Python, SQL, Excel
An Ideal Candidate Has
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other technical major is preferred
- 5-8 years of enterprise SaaS experience in a Product role
- Experience working with large enterprise customers with multiple stakeholders and complex requirements
- Experience managing data science projects and building scalable data products
- Experience with ERP/P2P systems and the surrounding ecosystem integrations is a plus
- Strong written, oral, and visual communication skills
Day To Day Responsibilities
- Define, own, and execute on the Product strategy and roadmap for the Arkestro Platform
- Engage with customers and prospects to understand their needs and translate them into compelling solutions
- Work closely with Data/Engineering to drive an efficient R&D process, from leading scrums to coordinating product releases
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Go-to-Market teams to ensure that we maximize the product's impact on both customers and our business
