Responsibilities:

• Act as the technical focal point for the development team.
• Drive architecture and development across microservices, APIs, and event-driven systems.
• Ensure architectural alignment from design through production.
• Lead code reviews and promote clean code, automated testing, and engineering best practices.
• Manage technical debt and ensure performance, security, resilience, and scalability.
• Support active-active architectures, data consistency, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Maintain technical documentation and mentor engineers.

Requirements:

• Strong Java expertise and solid experience with Spring Boot; Spring Cloud is a plus.
• Proven experience designing cloud-native, distributed, microservices-based architectures.
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture and messaging technologies such as Kafka, Pulsar, or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with containers, orchestration, and microservices design patterns.
• Knowledge of geo-distributed systems, high availability, fault tolerance, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of API security, OAuth2/OIDC, and secrets management.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong technical leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
