Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and oversee the execution of all project phases, ensuring objectives, timelines and quality standards are met
• Develop project plans, schedules and progress reports, ensuring effective coordination between technical, functional and management teams
• Support the definition and tracking of functional and technical requirements
• Monitor risks and dependencies, proposing mitigation measures and ensuring their implementation
• Manage stakeholder communication and coordination, facilitating the resolution of operational constraints
• Track budget execution and resource allocation, driving process and outcome optimisation
• Prepare supporting documentation, ensuring full project traceability

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Management, or related field
• Formal training in Project Management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project Management or IT Product Management
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Project management tools: MS Project, Jira, Confluence
