Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions aligned with best practices.
• Support enhancements, releases, defect resolution and continuous improvement across the SuccessFactors platform.
• Advise on quarterly SAP releases, solution design and global HR governance.
• Deliver knowledge transfer, coach internal support teams, and maintain functional and technical documentation.

Requirements:

• Expert-level experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Strong knowledge of at least two additional SuccessFactors modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession & Development or Learning).
• Experience with SAP integrations, business analysis and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Proven ability to deliver knowledge transfer, documentation and stakeholder collaboration.
• Advanced communication skills and experience working in global HR and IT environments.
