Responsibilities:

•  ServiceNow implementations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage ITOM, Discovery, and CMDB, ensuring infrastructure visibility and data accuracy.
• Develop workflows, business rules, and integrations using JavaScript, Glide API, IntegrationHub, and Flow Designer.
• Optimize ITSM processes, including Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Catalog management.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions and troubleshoot issues.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior ServiceNow Consultant
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, Discovery, and CMDB.
• Experience with JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow integrations.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and operations.
• Fluent English and ability to work autonomously in international teams
