What you'll be doing:

• Provide L2/L3 technical support and troubleshoot connectivity issues across IoT devices, networks, and applications.
• Support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of LoRaWAN, Private APN, and MPN solutions.
• Manage SIM/eSIM provisioning and troubleshoot cellular connectivity, routing, DNS, and IP-related issues.
• Monitor network performance, coverage, availability, and security.
• Perform root cause analysis, manage support tickets, and coordinate with external providers.
• Support customer implementations and maintain technical documentation.

You'll be a great match if you have:

• Degree in Telecommunications, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with IoT connectivity, particularly LoRaWAN, APN, or LTE/5G networks.
• Knowledge of cellular technologies, networking protocols, IP routing, DNS, VPNs, and firewalls.
• Familiarity with tools such as Wireshark, TCPdump, and network monitoring platforms.
• Basic Linux and scripting knowledge.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
