Responsibilities:

• Configure and support Veeva Quality Suite, Clinical Vault, and PromoMats.
• Manage change requests, documentation, and L2/L3 support.
• Turn business needs into practical technical solutions and improvements.
• Contribute to application projects, including development and data migration.
• Coordinate with business teams and vendors to deliver compliant, high-quality solutions.

Requirements:

• An IT or Computer Science background, with experience in application management, architecture, or development.
• JavaScript skills and a programming mindset.
• Advanced Excel skills; VBA and data migration experience are advantages.
• Strong communication skills and professional English.
• Veeva Vault, GxP systems, software validation, or life sciences experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel when required.
