Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and optimize Apache Kafka-based streaming architectures
• Develop Kafka Streams/Connect pipelines and integrate multiple systems
• Implement event-driven solutions and scalable microservices
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance
• Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize data processing
• Mentor team members and promote best practices

You'll be a great match if you have:

• Expertise in Apache Kafka and Confluent ecosystem (Schema Registry, KSQL)
• Proficiency in Java, Scala, or Python
• Experience with real-time processing frameworks (Spark Streaming, Flink)
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra)
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD tools
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and English (C1+)
