Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the enterprise data, automation, and AI platform
• Monitor platform health across data pipelines, automation workflows, and AI services
• Manage Lakehouse platform operations, configuration, and performance optimization
• Ensure reliable orchestration and execution of data pipelines and scheduled jobs
• Support automation workflows and AI-driven processes in production environments

• Lead deployment and release processes, ensuring smooth platform updates

• Define and enforce operational standards, monitoring practices, and governance policies

• Handle incidents, service requests, and escalations across the platform

• Maintain and improve platform documentation and operational procedures

• Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to ensure scalable and secure solutions
• Drive continuous improvement in monitoring, automation, and operational resilience
• Participate in proof-of-concept initiatives for new data, automation, and AI technologies

Requirements:

• At least 5 years in data operations, data engineering operations, or analytics platform management

• Strong experience with Lakehouse or modern cloud data architectures

• Solid experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure

• Experience with automation platforms and workflow orchestration

• Deep understanding of data pipelines, orchestration, and transformation processes
