Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage daily operations of automation workflows and AI services

• Handle service requests, incidents, and automation failures, including coordination with external vendors and Microsoft services

• Schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot automation jobs and flows

• Execute deployments, updates, and migrations of automation solutions

• Perform system maintenance, configuration, and continuous monitoring of platform health

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of the Automation & AI platform landscape

• Provide daily operational updates and prioritize tasks effectively

• Support weekly releases and participate in monthly operations reviews

• Ensure systems are compliant and support IT audit activities

• Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure reliable production deployments

• Participate in proof-of-concept initiatives for new automation and AI technologies

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot
• Experience or understanding of Azure AI Foundry
• 3 years of experience in IT operations, IT support, or automation support
  
• Basic understanding of enterprise IT environments and cloud platforms
  
• Familiarity with automation technologies and modern digital platforms
