Responsibilities:

• Manage patch management for Windows endpoints using Azure/Intune and SCCM.
• Identify, analyze, and remediate operating system and application vulnerabilities.
• Develop custom remediation solutions and automated mechanisms to prevent vulnerability recurrence.
• Perform vulnerability analysis using Tenable and coordinate remediation actions with vendors and teams responsible for Linux (Rocky 8) and macOS environments.
• Use tools such as PowerShell and PsExec to implement fixes and operational interventions.
• Test remediation solutions in lab environments (virtual machines) before production deployment.
• Monitor vulnerability status, track remediation progress, and produce evidence and reporting for audit and compliance purposes.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and large-scale patch management practices.
• Proven experience with Azure/Intune and SCCM for endpoint management.
• High proficiency in PowerShell for scripting, automation, and remediation development.
• Experience using Tenable for vulnerability identification and monitoring.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex environments.
• Ability to automate recurring fixes and build self-healing remediation mechanisms.
• Understanding of vulnerabilities affecting Linux and macOS environments.
• Experience working with ITSM processes and coordinating with external vendors and internal teams.
• Strong ownership, technical autonomy, and continuous improvement mindset.
