Responsibilities:

• Manage and support Windows endpoints and virtual desktops, including software deployment, patching, configuration and incident resolution.
• Package and deploy MSI/EXE applications using SCCM/Intune and execute large-scale deployments and re-imaging.
• Manage Windows, driver and Microsoft security patching, ensuring the required compliance SLA is met.
• Deploy workstation configurations, GPOs, Wi-Fi and printing agents through SCCM/Intune.
• Manage BitLocker recovery, LAPS and Microsoft Defender endpoint health.
• Resolve L2 incidents and service requests according to ITIL processes and escalate complex issues to L3.
• Maintain accurate CMDB and hardware/software inventory in ServiceNow.
• Support remote installations, domain joins and endpoint configurations across teams.
• Use and adapt existing PowerShell scripts to automate routine endpoint tasks.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in EUC, endpoint management or workplace technology.
• Hands-on experience with SCCM and Microsoft Intune.
• Good knowledge of Windows client operating systems and Microsoft Entra ID fundamentals.
• Practical PowerShell scripting skills.
• English C1/C2.
• ITIL v4 Foundation certification.
• US residency and currently living in Portugal or the USA.
