• Design, develop, and maintain BMC Helix ITSM solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ITSM best practices.
• Troubleshoot and optimize ITSM workflows for efficiency and performance.
• Ensure seamless integration of BMC Helix ITSM with other enterprise tools.
• Provide expertise in customization, automation, and system upgrades.

Youll be a great match if you have:

• Strong technical knowledge of BMC Remedy/BMC Helix ITSM.
• Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL frameworks.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Dutch or English.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
