What you'll be doing:

  • Drive new customer acquisition and increase average deal size through proactive prospecting.
  • Present and cross-sell a portfolio of devices and solutions to prospective and existing clients.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for the end-to-end customer journey, including incentives and partner programs.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet quarterly revenue targets.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders in a regular business rhythm to align goals.
  • Leverage training platforms to stay up to date on product and program knowledge.
  • Identify co-selling opportunities and support campaigns to increase product visibility.
  • Manage and optimise the lead pipeline, sales process, and conversion reporting.



You'll be a great match if you have:



  • Proven experience in B2B sales within the IT/hardware/technology sector, ideally in SMB and enterprise segments.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities and work independently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Fluency in English is required, plus one of the following:
  • German (native) OR Spanish (native)
