Senior Database Administrator

You'll be a great match if you have:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar
• 5+ years of experience as a Database Administrator
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities under pressure
• Excellent communication and adaptability to new technologies
• Proficiency in Database Management Systems (DBMS) such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar
• Advanced knowledge in database tuning and performance optimization
• Strong SQL skills for data querying and management
• Experience with backup tools, database replication, and clustering technologies
• Proven experience in database security, backup, and recovery strategies
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl, Shell) for task automation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for effective troubleshooting
• Understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and business intelligence (BI) solutions
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based databases (e.g., AWS RDS, Azure SQL Database)
