Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead a team of ~10 engineers focused on Frontend technologies within the Software Delivery Management team.
• Employee Growth: Drive the personal and professional development of engineers, ensuring optimal deployment in agile teams.
• Continuous Improvement: Optimize processes, technologies, and tools for efficiency and synergy within your engineering area.
• Frontend Strategy: Define and execute the Frontend vision, strategy, and roadmap, contributing to platform development.
• Product Ownership: Act as Product Owner for the Frontend Platform, managing the backlog, ensuring user stories and acceptance criteria are clear.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to define the Platform roadmap and ensure alignment with Frontend strategy and tools.

Requirements:

• 
  
• Education: Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience: 10+ years in software engineering, with prior engineering management experience.
• Frontend Expertise: Strong knowledge of Angular, HTML5, CSS3 (SASS), JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Agile & Development: Passion for agile principles and a solid understanding of software development processes.
• Platform Engineering: Experience in platform engineering is a plus.
• Communication: Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Team Building: Strong ability to shape and lead high-performing teams.
• Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Travel: Willing to travel as needed.
