Resposabilities:



    • Define the technical roadmap and solution architecture for the evolution of Dynamics CRM as part of an omnichannel customer strategy.
    • Design integration between internal systems, authentication systems, and data/reporting platforms.
    • Identify and communicate with key stakeholders across relevant departments (e.g., Operations, System Engineering, Cloud teams, etc.).
    • Collaborate with various project teams to ensure the successful delivery of the architecture.
    • Assess technological risks and develop appropriate countermeasures.
    • Work closely with business analysts, developers, and technical support teams to gather requirements and define project specifications.
    • Maintain thorough documentation of processes and operations.
    • Ensure the implementation of effective monitoring solutions.
    • Conduct code reviews for Azure integration components (e.g., Azure Functions, Web Apps, Web Jobs).
    • Stay up-to-date with evolving standards, best practices (including code quality, DevOps, architecture patterns), and industry trends.
    • Coordinate and oversee the activities of support and deployment teams.


    You'll be a great match if you have:

    • Proven experience in defining and leading the implementation of technical architectures, including identity, application, and integration architectures.
    • Ability to operate in a large, complex environment and align across multiple stakeholders.
    • Strong ability to provide critical feedback, challenge decisions, and highlight risks that could affect the quality of the product.
    • Experience working with multiple teams to gather necessary information, support design decisions, and build consensus.
    • Extensive experience with large-scale integrations of Dynamics 365 CE (inbound and outbound) in complex, multi-layered environments.
    • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service & Sales, Microsoft Customer Voice, and the broader Power Platform ecosystem (Power Automate, Dataverse, etc.).
    • Ability to create prototypes and proof of concepts as needed.
    • Experience with improving the reporting and analytics layer within Dynamics CRM is a plus.
