Responsabilities:

    • Collaborate with a team to create cross-platform, user-centric experiences, contributing to research and design decisions.
    • Define and document visual style guides, component libraries, and design languages in Figma, ensuring clear communication with the development team.
    • Promote company values, mentor team members, and actively participate in design critiques, advocating for user-centered design principles.
    • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and methodologies, sharing insights with the team and collaborating cross-functionally to align design with business goals.
    • Drive the evolution of design processes, identifying and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and creativity.

  • You'lle be a great match if you have:

      • 5+ years of experience in designing user-centric products, with leadership skills
      • Proven ability to mentor and support team members'
      • Experience aligning design initiatives with business goals
      • Expertise in design tools, especially Figma,  ProtoPie is a plus.
      • Strong advocate for a customer-first mindset in design.
      • Active participation in design critiques and improvement of design processes.


      Nice to Have

      • Experience in Fintech or Banking Products.
      • Knowledge of usability and A/B testing.
