Youll be a great match if you have:

• Proven Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading a software engineering team.
• Experience: A minimum of 7 years in the IT industry.
• Leadership and Management: Strong skills in managing and guiding IT teams effectively.
• Collaboration Skills: Ability to work seamlessly with engineers, product managers, and designers. Proficient in teamwork, communication, and project management.
• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of Python is essential.
• Project Management: Previous experience in project management is advantageous.
• Agile Experience: Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and a solid understanding of Agile principles and practices.
• Onsite Availability: Must be able to work onsite in the Lisbon area.
• Must be fluent in Portuguese.
