Embedded Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop embedded software for hearing aid performance monitoring.
• Implement real-time data acquisition and processing using RTOS frameworks (e.g., FreeRTOS, Zephyr).
• Work with microcontrollers (STM32, Nordic, NXP or similar) to integrate sensors and control systems.
• Build interfaces for device customization, diagnostics, and audiologist reporting.
• Use debugging tools (JTAG, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers) for system validation and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on firmware optimization, UX features, and data management

Requirements:

• 4 + years of hands-on experience in embedded systems development.
• Proficient in C/C++ for embedded applications.
• Strong knowledge of real-time operating systems (RTOS).
• Experience with microcontroller platforms (STM32, Nordic, NXP, etc.).
• Familiarity with Python or Embedded Linux is a plus.
• Comfortable using hardware-level debugging tools.
