Junior Product Manager

Responsabilities:

• Support the Digital team and Product Owners in shaping and executing product roadmaps.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of client products.
• Contribute to defining the product vision, prioritizing initiatives, and managing product requirements.
• Identify new product opportunities and participate in software release testing.
• Collaborate with vendors, maintain the product backlog, and help develop user stories.
• Track product development phases and engage with key stakeholders.
• Gather and integrate user feedback into the product strategy.

You'll be a great match if you have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Marketing, or a related IT field (preferred).
• Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong IT skills and a good understanding of digital products.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of Python (preferred).
• Exposure to SQL, JSON, ETL processes, and AWS is a plus.
• Understanding of MS Azure and MS Excel is beneficial.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a creative, adaptable mindset.
• A team-oriented attitude with a drive for learning and excellence.
