Junior Product Manager

Responsabilities:

• Assist the product team in managing the backlog and drafting user stories.
• Contribute to defining and refining product requirements based on feedback from customers, internal teams, and business objectives.
• Support the maintenance and updates of the product roadmap under the guidance of senior product leads.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, operations) to ensure smooth feature delivery.
• Take part in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Assist in testing new features, collecting user feedback, and documenting features, processes, and workflows.
• Help track and report on product performance and development progress.

You'll be a great match if you have:

• Some exposure to working on digital products, ideally in an Agile environment (via internship, academic project, or 612 months of work experience).
• Familiarity with product management concepts such as roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, and MVPs.
• Passion for creating great user experiences through technology.
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Problem-solving attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks with guidance from senior team members.
