Network Manager

Responsabilities:

• Lead network strategy, design, and execution, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline management.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, and resource allocation while managing risks and dependencies.
• Oversee IT infrastructure projects, including firewalls, VPNs, switches, routers, and cloud networking.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to secure budgets and align with business goals.
• Manage change requests, ensuring smooth transitions and clear documentation.
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and security best practices.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives.

You'll be a great match if you have:

• 3+ years experience in IT project management, specifically in network infrastructure.
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Certifications: CCNA (mandatory); CCNP, Azure, AWS, or ITIL4 are a plus.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, ITIL frameworks, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Availability to travel
  




Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with cloud networking (Azure/AWS) and monitoring tools.
• Understanding of large corporate IT environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure smooth cross-team collaboration.
