Responsibilities:

      • Oversee end-to-end delivery of SAP services (support, enhancements, and projects).
      • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding SAP service performance and escalations.
      • Ensure that SLAs and KPIs are met across the SAP service landscape.
      • Coordinate internal teams (functional and technical SAP consultants) and external partners to ensure consistent service delivery.
      • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and service optimization.
      • Manage service reviews, reporting, and communication with stakeholders.
      • Support transition planning, cutover, and service onboarding when new solutions or modules are implemented.

Requirements:

    • Proven experience (5+ years) in SAP service delivery management or similar roles.
    • Solid understanding of SAP modules and system architecture (ECC, S/4HANA, or others).
    • Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills.
    • Experience with ITIL processes and service management tools.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
