System Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and optimize virtualization, storage, and backup platforms.
• Diagnose and resolve operational and system issues to minimize downtime.
• Configure and modify operating system settings for optimal performance.
• Plan and execute server updates and system upgrades.
• Develop initiatives to enhance the quality, security, and efficiency of IT operations.

Youll be a great match if you have:

• Degree in IT or equivalent professional certification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of VMware and ITIL frameworks.
• Experience with storage & backup solutions (Brocade, DELL PowerStore, IBM SVC).
• Familiarity with Microsoft and Unix systems.
• Proficiency in IIS, networking, clustering, DNS, and Active Directory.
• Knowledge of firewalls (Checkpoint) and reverse proxy (FortiWeb) is a plus.
• Experience with SQL databases, including query execution and failover processes, is an advantage.
• Scripting skills are beneficial
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and suppliers.
• Ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Certifications (e.g., VMware Workspace ONE Professional) are highly valued.
