ERP Support Specialist (SAGE X3)

As an IT & ERP Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of IT operations. You will provide support for day-to-day IT tasks, assist with SAGE X3 ERP-related issues, and contribute to continuous process improvements.
 This role requires on-site presence. Remote work is not foreseen in the initial stages.

Responsabilities:

• Provide IT support for daily operations, including equipment provisioning, user access management, and endpoint maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve general IT issues as well as specific SAGE X3 ERP problems.
• Offer end-user support, particularly for executive staff, and provide guidance on standard office applications and best practices.
• Manage software licensing and ensure compliance.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes on corporate systems.
• Develop and maintain IT documentation, including manuals and SOPs.
• Oversee IT budgeting for both software and hardware needs.
• Ensure stable and secure IT operations across systems and services.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the IT team.
• Prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.

Youll be a great match if you have:

• Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience.
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
• Experience with management software and ERP systems.
• Familiarity with industrial manufacturing processes.
• Hands-on experience in implementing management solutions in distribution and production environments.
• Knowledge of SAGE X3 or similar ERP systems.
• Experience with SQL database technologies and reporting tools (e.g., Crystal Reports).
• Strong background in systems administration.
• Certifications in Microsoft, HPE, and VMware are highly valued.
• Experience with Active Directory administration and Windows Server environments.
