Senior Technical Tester

What you will be doing:

• Define risk-based test strategies and promote shift-left testing
• Develop and maintain automated UI/API/integration tests (Cypress, Playwright, REST-assured, etc.)
• Perform manual and exploratory testing of critical flows
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
• Collaborate closely with developers and coach on testing best practices
• Engage with stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement

Youll be a great match if you have:

• 3-5 years in manual and automated testing
• Proficient with tools like Cypress, Playwright, Postman, REST-assured
• Familiarity with TDD, BDD, Agile, and CI/CD
• Programming in Go, JS/TS, Python, or C#
• Strong communication and mentoring skills
