Responsabilities:

• Lead and manage a development team, ensuring efficient task allocation and project execution.
• Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
• Manage software projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and business requirements are met.
• Define and implement best practices for software architecture and system design.
• Work with standard software stacks (e.g., LAMP, ASP.NET) to develop and maintain applications.
• Optimize and manage databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL/MariaDB) for performance and security.
• Configure and maintain web servers (e.g., IIS, Apache) to support applications.
• Design and improve business processes and workflows for better team efficiency.

Youll be a great match if you have:

Proven experience in team and project management within software development.
Strong knowledge of software architecture patterns and system design.
Familiarity with LAMP and ASP.NET software stacks.
Experience working with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL/MariaDB).
Knowledge of web servers (IIS, Apache) and their configuration.
Experience or training in process design and workflow optimization.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
