Responsibilities:

• Expertise chip floor planning, device placement, routing, and verifications
• Capable of providing accurate estimates for the tape-out schedule
• Proficiency all aspects of Layout verification, including DRC, LVS, ANT, ESD.
• Competent in collaborating and communicating with overseas teams to deliver high-quality layouts that align with design requirements.
• Possesses an in-depth understanding of FinFET processes and the associated matching requirements.
• Knowledgeable about routing and parasitic matching principles for high-speed routes.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration with Design, CAD, Technology Development, and Package teams.
• Successfully leads the development of the full chip, from initial feasibility assessments to tape-out.

Youll be a great match if you have:

Over 7 years of hands-on expertise in creating intricate Analog and Mixed-Signal layouts with a strong emphasis on full-custom design.

• Proficient in utilizing Cadence LVS/DRC tools such as QRC, Star RC, and Calibre, as well as Cadence Virtuoso XL (VXL) tools for layout design.
• Skilled in utilizing data management tools within a Unix environment.
• Possesses excellent communication and written skills, a vital asset for effective collaboration.
