Requirements:

• Demonstrated expertise in crafting user experiences across various applications, products, and platforms, with a solid background in conception and prototyping.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a natural talent for articulating and justifying design choices.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Capacity to inspire and engage colleagues to achieve optimal results.
• Enthusiastic about collaborating with a community of designers, sharing ideas, reviewing others' work, and contributing to the Design System.
• Open to taking on cross-product tasks and topic ownership, as well as mentoring Junior UX Designers.
• Experienced in leading the development of digital products and platforms.
• A portfolio that highlights innovative design solutions across a wide range of business sectors.
• Over 5 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in English, with German as a plus.
